How much does it cost to ship my order?

Lawn Fawn offers FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $90!

In order to give you the best value, we calculate the shipping costs and services of all packages based on their product weight.

I can’t wait to receive my order! When will it be shipped?

Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

During new releases and special promotions/sales, processing times may be longer as we continue to pride ourselves with carefully hand packing each order with lots of love. ❤

Please also keep in mind that Lawn Fawn is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as most major US holidays. 

How do you ship your orders?

We ship all of our domestic orders using United States Postal Service (USPS). All international orders are shipped via USPS. 

When will my order arrive?

Our carriers do not guarantee transit times for their shipments, however most of our packages arrive in the times below:

Estimated USPS Transit Times - Domestic:
Ground Advantage: 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days

Estimated USPS Transit Times - International:
First Class Mail: 7-15 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-10 Business Days
*International shipping times can vary greatly depending on your country and can take up to eight weeks.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Lawn Fawn ships to most countries. Click here for the list of countries.

All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase.

Please keep in mind that tracking is not available for international packages once they exit the US.

Do you offer order pickup?

Yes! If you are local to the Orange County, CA area and would like to pick up your order at the warehouse door, simply select Pickup at Store during checkout. Most orders are ready to pick up the next day, but during a new releases or a fun sale there may be a 1-3 business day delay. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to schedule your pickup.  


My tracking number only says "pre-shipment information sent to USPS". Has my package not been shipped yet?

Your package is on the way! Sometimes USPS accidently misses the initial scan of your package. Your package is making its way to you, and the tracking information will be updated the next time it is scanned.


Shipment tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend checking with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime. 

Lawn Fawn cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.
